What are your shipping and handling charges?
We offer FREE shipping on Domestic orders with a retail value oF Rs5000
and above only when the "free shipping" method is chosen at checkout.

For all orders, our shipping prices are based on the weight of the package.
This gives you the best possible rates!
We do not charge any "handling charges" so you only pay the postage fees.
Although our shopping cart is based on the weight of the total package,
there are times when the website does not always choose the best shipping method for the weight.
There are instances where our shipping managing team sees a better alternative for the package,
then in that case, we will first get in touch with you via whats app text or email, inform you about
the new shipping charges, once we get a confirmation from your side,
we then fund you the overage and upgrade your shipping to the better shipping method!
We always use the best shipping method in every situation.
Our shipping department is 100% checked by humans - not computers
and we do our best to catch every possible error if there might be!
How are your shipping rates calculated?
Our shipping rates are calculated as per the total weight of the product/package
and the location where we are shipping the package to.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We are a manufacturing based business, we only process confirmed (PAID ORDERS) Orders.
Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 4 Business days.
However during peak times, new release weeks, Holidays, sales, etc we may experience delays.
During these peak times, we request you to kindly allow us the extra time for your orders to be shipped.
Please keep in mind that Craftyscrappers is closed on most INDIAN festivals and holidays to be with our families.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently offer a wide range of carriers like
DTDC, DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, BLUE DART and FEDEX for domestic packages.
For International shipping, we offer DTDC PRIORITY EXPRESS.
If Free Shipping (within the INDIA) is chosen,
we will ship via our preferred method which will be based on the size and weight of the package.
Either DELHIVERY or DTDC Priority Mail will be used for free shipping methods.
Note: you must choose the "Free Shipping" method
if your order qualifies for free shipping, in order for the discount to be applied.
When can I expect to receive my order after it has shipped?
Unfortunately, the carrier services provided in Ranchi for package shipments, does not guarantee transit times.
There are major delays due to festivities all over India during festive times, delay in package delivery is expected.
However, you can go by these general guidelines of shipping times from Ranchi to your state/location.
From Ranchi(Jharkhand) to Metro:
Estimated Shipping Times - 4-5 Business Days
From Ranchi(Jharkhand) to Non-Metro:
Estimated Shipping Times - 6-7 Business Days
From Ranchi(Jharkhand) to Rural:
Estimated Shipping Times - 10-15 Business Days
International shipping:
Estimated Shipping Times - 7-20+ Business Days
*International shipping times can vary greatly depending on your country
and can take up to eight weeks depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Your package consignment/tracking number is provided to via email,
what app text or store order update email once the package has been shipped.
You can track your package using the Consignment number and carrier details (official tracking link) we sent you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we sure do! Craftyscrappers is happy to ship our packages worldwide!!
Once your address is put in to the system,
you will be able to calculate the shipping fees based on the different shipping options.
All international packages are marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items.
The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your countries policies. that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.
Craftyscrappers is not responsible for these charges.
We must mark actual product value on the orders we ship.
We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as "gifts".
Should you refuse to accept any package for any reason,
all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country
will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return.
All duties and fees are imposed as soon as a package reaches customs,
and Craftyscrappers is not responsible for any of those charges.
Please keep in mind that tracking is not available for international packages
via DTDC PRIORITY EXPRESS once they exit INDIA.
My package consignment/tracking number only says "BOOKED".

Please do not worry, If you receive this message from the our website,
or from the carrier service via email or text,it means that we have created the shipping label and that your package is in transit.
Most of the times, it takes up to 24-48 hours for the package to be scanned into the system and then updated.
Unfortunately, we have no control over how fast carrier services, use to scans their packages into the system.
It can be frustrating at times, and we understand this but
we thank you in advance for being patient and understanding with the mail system.
My package shipment consignment/tracking numbers shows
that my package has already been delivered, but I have not received it. what should I do now?

At Craftyscrappers, we always hope that this will never be the case
- we know how excited you are to receive your goodies!
But please know that sometimes carrier services
will scan an item delivered on the day of (or even sometimes the day before) the delivery takes place.
If your item is showing delivered and you do not have it in your possession,
please check with the same carrier service we shipped your package with at your locality.
Have the consignment/tracking number ready to provide to them and have them investigate the package.
You may also want to check with your neighbors while waiting on the post office
- to see if they received your package by mistake.
NOTE: Make sure that the shipping address you provide while placing the order with Craftyscrappers is correct,
as our shipping program in our store, craftyscrappers.in pulls this directly from your order.
While we try to catch errors and make corrections,
we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed.
Craftyscrappers is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility or lost/held in transit due to festivities.
