RETURN POLICY

At Craftyscrappers  want your shopping experiences with us to be enjoyable and totally satisfactory and want you to have complete confidence knowing that we stand behind our products.

However if you purchase a product with us and is found it to be defective, you can return it to us within 3 days from your date of delivery.You may however need to contact us via Email at: craftyscrappers@gmail.com or whats app us at: 08271410599 as soon as you receive the package for further information. 

You are eligible for a cash refund within 7 days from the date of package delivery and a store credit for the purchase value beyond the 7-day time-frame.

Discontinued products purchased during a discount, retirement sale are not eligible for a store credit or cash refund, all sales are final.

RETURNS TO BE MADE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES:

• Unopened and unused products may be returned by the original purchaser for a full refund of the product purchase price within the first 3 days.
• Used products may NOT  be returned by the original purchaser for a full store credit of the product purchase price.
  Half price will be returned to the original purchaser only after the defective product has been received by us.
• No returns will be made if the product is used and returned to us after 3 days of purchasing by the original purchaser.
• Refund amount will be reduced by any promotional discounts received with your new order total would not have been eligible for, such as store discounts and free shipping.
