Creating an account with Craftyscrappers is pretty simple.
From our homepage, click on "Login/Register" in the upper right-hand corner.
After clicking on to the login area, you will see a link titled "Create Account".

If you've already created an account with us, simply click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage.

You can reset your password at any time by clicking on "Login" on the upper right-hand corner of our website.

Underneath the email and password bars, there is a link to "Reset Password". Simply enter your email address and click "Submit". This will send an email with a link where you will be able to reset your password.

If you are still having troubles, please contact us and we can send you a password reset link.

To view the status of your order, please login to your account.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your "Order History" page.
On the order history page, you will see the links associated with all of your past orders.
Click on any given order to view the status, order details, tracking information and more.

At Craftyscrappers we strive to ship every order within 3 to 4 business days. (Most orders ship out within 4days!)
However, we are a very small team.
During a sale, new releases, Holidays and peak ordering times, we may experience delays that will slow down our order manufacturing and processing  fulfillment times.
Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible but with the most amount of love and care possible.

Yes! you sure can add additional products to an order that you have already placed with us!
We always try to accommodate our customers in every way possible.
If you would like to add additional products to your existing order and if your order has not been shipped, you can contact us via email (craftyscrappers@gmail.com) or by whatsapp at 08271410599  Monday - Saterday, 10am - 6pm iST).
We request you to drop us an email or text with your existing order number and the product codes that you will like us to add in your existing order.
Once we receive your request vial Email or Whats app Text our Team will do our best to revise your existing order.

However please know that our team works as quickly as we can to get orders out in a timely manner. If your order is already processed, we won't be able to change your existing order.

Please Note: During a new release, sale, or peak sales times we will not be able to change the orders.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Since we are a manufacturing based company we start processing the products as soon as we received confirmed payment,
If your order has not been processed, we can do our best to cancel your order or help fix any issues or troubles that may arise. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

For payment we accept, BANK TRANSFERS, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM

Yes, we sure do!

Once your address is put in to the system, you will be able to calculate the shipping fees based on the different shipping options.

We currently offer a wide range of carriers like DTDC, DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, BLUE DART and FEDEX for domestic packages.

For International shipping, we offer DTDC Express.

If Free Shipping (within the INDIA) is chosen, we will ship via our preferred method which will be based on the size and weight of the package. Either DELHIVERY or DTDC Priority Mail will be used for free shipping methods.

Note: you must choose the "Free Shipping" method if your order qualifies for free shipping, in order for the discount to be applied.

As everyone is aware, all shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to Covid.
We want you to get your goodies as soon as possible, but we are not able to control the speed at which packages are delivered.

Normally our domestic packages are delivered within a week, depending upon the state you are in.

If you may have any troubles with receiving your package, please check your tracking number first.

Yes! we do offer FREESHIPPING.
For orders placed within INDIA with a retail value of RS5000 or above, your order will qualify for free shipping.
However the products chosen should be under any sale or discount to be eligible for freeshipping.

"Free Shipping" must be chosen at checkout on eligible orders. Order total must be Rs5000 or more after coupon codes or any valid discounts are applied in order to qualify.
