We want you to be able to create your original handmade work using,
Craftyscrappers customized stamps/ stencils for the purpose of selling.
So, we have created this Custom Order Policy to protect,
Craftyscrappers Customized stamps/ stencil and other custom products that we create!

The Designs/ Illustrations / Doodles/ Line arts/ Drawings of Craftyscrappers Products
are protected under Indian Copyright Laws and treaties.
We would like to thank you in advance for respecting our Brand and helping us to protect our
Designs/ Illustrations / Doodles/ Line arts/ Drawings and images.

Here is our Custom Order Policy with the following guidelines and Exceptions:

1. The designs/artworks/illustrations/doodles/drawings that you chose to send us,
   should not be 'similar to' or 'copied' from any other stamp brand (national or international),
   Free clip-arts or free drawing/coloring pages or any form found in web search.
2. You can draw/scan and send us the files.
   We accept all acceptable and accessible files in the format- Jpeg, Png, Pdf, Doc, Tiff
   We also accept drawings/illustrations made in Corel draw/Adobe
   as well as hand drawn(scanned) format files.
3. Once you drop your designs our team of experts- design team and graphic designers,
   They will go through your designs,
   check if they are Original, not copyrighted, copied from anywhere.
   and quote you a price according to the size you prefer.
   Our graphic designers will mail you back with some sample images
   for the designs you have send us and quote you a price.
   You can then, either confirm the design and proceed
   further for payment and delivery or cancel/Revise the design.
4. If we make an error on your customized order, or if the product is defective in
   material or workmanship, we will replace the product free of charge, your satisfaction is important to us!
   All you need to do is, mail us at craftyscrappers@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order,
   make an unboxing video/product test video on the same day of delivery, attach the video and mail us.
5. Since custom products are made to order for a particular individual, these products cannot be "RETURNED" or "EXCHANGED" simply because the customer does not "like" the product.

6. In order to prevent fraud, if a custom order is submitted for an official government, school, foreign country, organization or agency seal, we reserve the right to request "proof of authenticity" for the custom order placed.
   This may include authorization on official letterhead of the organization, communication through an official email address of the organization and shipment to an official address.
